Product Description:Machines for collective packing. The machine is intended for collective and single packing and first of all the most economical packing of equal items in a thermo-retractable foil. This semi-automatic machine is made of three parts: preparatory part, part for wrapping and thermo shrinking tunnel. In preparatory part the products are manually grouping in packages of 6 (2x3), 12 (3x4) or any wanted combination in specially prepared frame, which can be adapted on the package dimension. In secondary part the package is wrapping into the foil, and the foil is sealing and cutting. All movements of package and cuter and sealer are doing with pneumatic cylinders. The process is finishing with thermo-retracting of the foil in thermo tunnel. The packages which are coming out are strong and excellent prepared for the transport. Machines can be produced in the dimensions and in a higer level of automatization, depending on wishes and demands of the client.
