Product Description:Angular packing machines with thermoretractibal foil. This semi-automatic L-sealer machine have been designed and manufactured to be integrated in mass-production. Packaging system is made in two steps: sealing is first executed, followed (if necessary) by shrinking (obtained when product is passing through the tunnel). L-sealer can be moved manually of automaticly. Times of cutting and sealing the foil, transporter moving and cycle time in automatic mode are digitally controlled. Temperature in the tunnel is electronically controlled and speed of the transporter is controlled by frequency regulator. Before sealing, center-folded foil is dividing by continual air-blowing. Semi-automatic “MEGA PAK” gives You speed, quality and first of all safety operating, because special safety system on L-sealer protect the operator of unwonted wound. Machines can be produced in the dimensions and in a higer level of automatization, depending on wishes and demands of the client.
