1. The option registration is on the home page of the web site – leads to company’s registration. 2. With the information for registration you present yourself in front of the buyers – through them they find out more about your company and can get in touch with you. They can be find by searching, in an appropriate category or in special sections (seasonal or products on discount). |

1. Register/sign in and choose and the option add product from the section my products on the home page of the web site. 2. Fill in the form for adding a product completely and inform the buyers about you offer in details (description, characteristics and price of the product). With the option edit products you browse through the information and correct any possible mistakes – if everything is fine mark the field active and click on save.

1. Sign in and follow buying requests from potential buyers through the option My messages, and respond with your offer. 2. Answer on the buyers’ questions about your products on a personal e-mail and Chat. 3. If necessary change the details for the offered product at any time (ex. price, photo, description and similar). Select the products from the option My products, make the change and click on “save”. |

1. Follow orders and respond to the question of the interested buyers 2. Confirm the sales conditions for the ordered product – respond to the received orders in the next 3 working hours 3. Receive a confirmation from the buyer that you accept the term of sale 4. Sell the product in the agreed manner of payment and delivery – deliver the product for the buyer within a period of 2 working days 5. Contact the buyers while the selling process unfolds |
Important to know:
1.The questions and orders for your product will be automatically sent on your e-mail:
- The buyers may have some additional questions regarding the product – it is in your interest to answer them fast and precise since that way you increase their interest and willingness to buy.
- In the orders the buyers specify the amount of the products, the manners for payment and delivery (from the ones that you have offered).
2. Confirm that you have the product in stock:
- Otherwise inform the buyer immediately so that he/she won’t exclude you from the future purchases and give you a negative rating. If you often reject the orders in a period of 1 month you will lose the ability to sell through MarketKonekt.
- If necessary, modify the offer, but only if you provide the benefit of customers (eg. Discount for the first purchase or a greater quantity ordered). Do not forget to specify the cost for delivery of the product to the location of the customer, if the delivery is marked in the process of ordering. The free delivery is very important for buyers – therefore you list it at the moment when you publish the product and clearly indicate the same on MarketKonekt.
- The procedure is simple - it is enough to answer to the order from the buyer with automated e-mail within 3 working hours. We will immediately inform the buyer that you have accepted or rejected the order. Without your confirmation in this period the order will be considered rejected.
3. After the buyer has received your notification that you have confirmed the order:
- If you offer a free delivery you do not need a final confirmation from the buyer since the same ordered the product and will receive it with the published price (no additional costs for delivery). You pack the product and start the delivery.
- If you have given a price for delivery the buyer can confirm or reject the order. The confirmed or rejected order you receive on your e-mail within a period of 24 hours. If the buyer confirmed the order you pack the product and start the delivery.
- If the buyer has chosen payment and acceptance of the order from your sales point the order is considered as confirmed. You reserve the product in the following 2 working days when the buyer should collect the same. The reservation confirmed with a number of a copy of the order (saved on the mobile device or printed).
4. The sales of the product follow upon receiving the final confirmation from the buyer, especially if you also offer a delivery for the product:
- The delivery can be organized on your behalf of you can use the courtier services (more information about them find here).
- Do not sent the product before receiving an e-mail confirmation that the buyer agrees to receive the same on his address and pay the total amount (product and delivery). MarketKonekt provides you protection with a refund of the costs for the delivery, only if the entire communication with the buyer unfolded through the system of MarketKonekt. - Contact with the buyers through the web site in case when you offer acceptance of the product in your sales point – that way you will be more secure that the ordered product will be purchased and that you will receive a positive rating for your service. Through the web site the rating is published for all your product to all future potential buyers, which increases you the change for future sale.
5. During the sale you may receive some additional questions, request or complaints from the buyers.
- It is in your interest to answer them all in the best possible manner – that way you will get satisfied buyers and high ratings for your services. This increases the likelihood that they will buy again from you, and that you will attract new ones.
- You follow the status for each sale through MarketKonekt easily via My messages: what, when and to whom you have sold as well as all the messages between you and the buyers.
