4. Deadline for acceptance of deliveries
- 1-2 hours from the notice for acceptance of delivery
If the notice is made after the deadlines given in point 2, as day for notice is considered the next working day.
5. Deadline for delivery of shipment
- 24 hours (next day) from the acceptance of the delivery
6. The acceptance of the delivery is done with an address form where the seller enters the following data:
- name, complete address and contact phone number of the seller; The seller is obliged on the address form in the field ‘Note’; to fill in that the delivery is ordered through MarketKonekt.com
- name and surname of the buyer (recipient of the delivery); complete address of the buyer, postal code and name of the place and contact phone number.
After filling in of the address form the courtier enters the weight and volume of the delivery as well as the date and time of the acceptance.
After the complete fill in of the address form one copy is left for the seller as a prove that the delivery was handed to EMS.
7. Additional services
- Delivery with ransom – The deadline for return of the ransom to the Seller is 3-5 days from the delivery of the package. In this period are not calculated the non-working days and holidays.
- Return of delivery – If the package is not delivered to the buyer at the first attempt for delivery, EMS will leave a notice of arrival of the package on the given address and will make another attempt to deliver which is included in the price of delivery. If the second attempt fails, EMS will return the package to the Seller and the Seller agrees to pay the postal charges for returning of the EMS shipment.
8. Packaging of the delivery
The seller is obliged to pack the delivery by type, size, content and shape of the shipment and appropriately mark the same in case of fragile or specific delivery. If not properly packed the expenses arising on the basis of a damaged delivery will be paid on behalf of the seller/sender.
9. Complaints
If Seller believes that the shipment is not delivered to the recipient or the same is delivered late, he/she may submit a written objection /complaint to the person responsible for complaints at EMC on the phone number 02 2401856.
The seller must submit all the evidences on which submit the complaint.
