Product Description:Standard Rollo nets are made of guide box in which is located the shaft with the required number of drums and springs and canvas from net. The net is made of profiled steel wire with a diameter of Ø8mm, joined together by galvanized couplings. The network that forms the "canvas" of the door with her raising is scrolled in the upper zone in the box. The box is placed over the light opening and typically takes from 29cm to 36cm of space above the light opening. The net STANDARD is a classic type of network that is formed by so-called "baklava". Depending on whether the shaft is mounted electric drive the size of the the box is selected. For nets which provide setting up electromotor box is min 36cm. All elements of the nets are especially protected against corrosion with the electrostatic plasticization by RAL card in various shade. For large Rollo STANDARD nets the surface where the net is large (more than 20m2) the shaft is manufactured of a suitable diameter tube which is placed fabric from the net and the electromotor drive directly is placed on the side directly on the shaft. For such cases is used three-phase electromotor reducer-which has compatible power according to the size of the net. The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
