How to shop on MarketKonekt?

- MarketKonekt is a mediator between the sellers and you. Through the website you find the product you need and buy it from the seller – easily, simply and conveniently. To buy you first need to register and follow the buying process (for more details take a look at the following instruction)).

Which is the easiest and fastest way to find the needed product?

- The fastest way is to use the search field. It is enough to enter a group of products (ex. bag) or more precisely (ex.laptop bag) and you will get a result with all the appropriate offers.

- You can find the products in one of over 1000 categories – the detailed categorization serves you to get as much more results as possible (ex. the category luggage, bags and suitcases contains the entire selection of bags and purses).

- You can filter the results (ex. only products on discount) and sort them (ex. from the lowest to the highest price)

- Do not forget – on MarketKonekt you can also find products and companies in Serbia, Bulgaria and Albania.

- If you need a specific products or product that at the moment is not published on the website you can send a buying request to all the appropriate companies. Very soon you will receive couple of offers for what you need.

How to pay and accept the products?

- After you have found the product you can select one of the manner of payment and delivery offered by the seller.

- Upon deciding the payment/delivery that suits you the most you order the product from the seller and the same confirms the order. The entire process is automatized – you pay and receive simple e-mail messages with detailed instructions connected with the payment and the delivery.

- The seller has the right to change the manners of payment/delivery published on MarketKonekt. In case the same requests a different manner please inform us.

- When you confirm the order you are obliged to buy the product in accordance with the terms agreed with the seller. Please stick to the contract and follow the instructions sent to you on e-mail.

What is important when you buy?

- Inform yourself before you decide whether or how to buy. Read carefully the description of the products, price and options for payment/acceptance in the section with other information. You still have some unclarities? Then ask the seller what precisely interest you; all sellers on MarketKonekt usually answer the questions fast and in details.

- When buying through payment and acceptance on the sales point, the seller reserves your product after confirming the order. You should pay/accept the same within 2 working days, except if the seller does not prolong. After this period the product won’t be available. Do not forget to bring the confirmation of the order from the seller that you will receive on email (on your cell phone or in hard copy).

- Whenever you buy with a “doorstep” delivery of the product carefully read the confirmation of your order. You will receive it from the seller of your e-mail, and it will contain the price of the product and the cost of delivery, and the period within which it will be delivered. If acceptable for you reply within 24 hours. Otherwise (without your response) it will be considered that you accept the order and you confirm the buying.

- When you select payment before/during delivery follow the instructions in the e-mail confirmation from the seller. The payment before delivery should be done on the gyro account of the seller in the specified period of time. The payment during delivery is paid to the distributor or courier service of the seller - you should pay in cash (cannot use credit card).

- If the delivery of the product is late, contact the seller (it’s his obligation and interest to respect the deadlines and respond immediately in case of eventual postponing). In case when you’ve paid for the product before the delivery and the same is not delivered after the contact with the seller, please contact us. In such case MarketKonekt provides you protection with returning of part of the amount that you’ve paid (read more on the protection here).

- When you get the package (when buying with delivery) check product. If everything is OK the only thing that is left for you is to rate the seller - simply by clicking on the response on the e-mail that will be sent to you. If the product is damaged or different from the ordered one contact the seller immediately, through MarketKonekt (so you are sure that the seller will get your e-mail). Explain the problem and suggest the way for resolution of your choice, ex. return of paid amount or exchange with other product. In this case it will help you to take pictures while accepting the product and to send the photo to the seller. All vendors on MarketKonekt are obliged to solve the potential buying problems in the best possible way.

- Rate the product after buying the same. Your ratings and the ratings of all other buyers are a measure for pleasure and trust in the seller. The rating is published on the website and helps you and the others to decide from who to buy in the future.

- Use MarketKonekt for all contacts with the sellers. The communication system is automatized and the messages are immediately send to the checked addresses. The entire time you are in direct contact with an authorized sales person assigned by the seller. The messages are kept on the website and through the option My messages you can review them at any time.

Can you cancel the buying?

- Yes, until you are asked for a confirmation of the order for the product received by the e-mail. Once you confirm you commit to buy the same, after that it is not possible to modify the buying conditions.

- If for any justified reasons you must prolong the payment or accepting the product, contact the seller immediately. He would probably accept a delay - however, the only sure way to get the product is to follow the agreed conditions. Please prolong the buying only in exceptional cases.

Although you’ve made the ordered, you cannot get in touch with the seller?

Each seller is obliged to answer on the order within 3 working hours. If this does not happen you can give a negative rating of his product, thus:

- You inform the other potential buyers that the seller is not trustworthy.

- The seller will be sanctioned.

How to rate the product?

- The rating is simple – you will receive an e-mail with a reminder.

- Please try to give an objective rating since the same is send to all the future buyers and with that you help them make a good choice.

- If you unreasonably rate the product negatively, the seller can request an annulment of your rating. MarketKonekt has an automatized system for following of orders/answers and the eventual remarks from the seller can be taken into account.

The seller refuses to deliver the product or solve the buying problem?

- In such cases we suggest you to read the Buyers’ protection on MarketKonekt.

Tips for successful selling 

In order to sell successfully through MarketKonekt and get satisfied buyers we point out couple of suggestions:

How to present you product or service well?

-The better you describe the product/service (use clear and unambiguous information in the fields Product description and Other Information in the form Add a product)

- Publish photos and video presentation. They usually describe the product better than the textual description.

- Enter the price of the product and the price of the delivery (the same can be presented as “from-to” in the field Other information) - for the buyers these are some of the most important factors for deciding whether to buy or not.

- Notify the buyers for all the benefits of the offer (in the field Other information in the form Add a product) - payment by installments, terms of return, security, service, and more.

Manners in which you can sell?

- Determine one or two option for delivery of the product/service: you deliver it to his/hers home/office (through the courtier service or personal distribution) or the buyer collects the product/service on your sales point (the same is provided only in combination with a delivery). The manners of delivery you determine by yourself in the form Add a product.

- Offer the buyers one or more manners of payment: on the sales point (in cash or instalments), in cash during delivery (on your delivery service or courtier service chosen on your behalf) or before the delivery with payment on you gyro-account.

Which options for delivery and payment should you offer?

- Your offer will be much more attractive for the buyers is you provide them as easy buying as possible and a larger choice of options for delivery and payment.

- The end users will probably prefer “doorstep” delivery and payment during the delivery. Especially if the type of the product is already familiar (exists for a longer period of time on the market) and the price of the same is not very high.

- The changes for sale are bigger if you offer a free delivery to one or more places where the buyers are located.

- The precise delivery/payment depends from the needs and possibilities of your business, the characteristics or your products/ services and type of the buyer.

- By offering a delivery of the product you get a possibility for protection on MarketKonekt – refund of costs for the courtier service if the buyer does not accept the product ( more on the protection read here)

How to deliver the products to the buyers?

- One option is to deliver with your personal service for delivery/distribution.

- The second option is to use the services of one of the courtier services in the country. They perform delivery of products on the whole territory of Macedonia and you select the one that fits you the most.

- The terms and prices of the courtier services vary, mostly in dependence of the distance and the size/weight of the delivery. You can see the pricelists here.

How to perform the sale?

- Follow the notifications that you get from MarketKonekt on your e-mail: the system is completely automatized (sends the orders and questions from the buyers immediately) and contains simple instructions for the entire process.

- Respond immediately to orders or questions from the buyers since they expect that (confirm that you accept the order for the product within 3 working hours, in contrary the order will be automatically rejected).

- Communicate with the buyers though messages on MarketKonekt (each of them is previously registered as users, with listed contact information).

- Send the product for delivery only upon agreeing with the buyer (their confirmation for the accepted “doorstep” delivery or acceptance of the product from your store will be send as a notification from MarketKonekt.

- Send the product on the name and address of the seller that you get from MakretKonekt (previously validated through the system for registration, along with the telephone number for contact during the delivery)

- If the product is fragile or has great value provide an adequate packaging for transport of offer an option for acceptance of the same from the sales point in person.

How to contact the buyers?

- Respond to each question from any interested buyer – in details, fast and precise. It is in your interest, since everyone interested in your offer are your potential buyers.

- Respond to any eventual remarks regularly and try to meet their needs maximally if they have any remarks. This affects the buyers’ ratings of your products and the positive ratings bring future sales.

- Inform them immediately for any changes in the agreed terms of buying. For example if the delivery will be postponed for some reason.

- Ask the buyers if they are satisfied with the product/service upon closing the sale. This way you gain trust and increase the chances to buy again from you.

- Ask the buyers to rate your products. The ratings are followed by all users of MarketKonekt and if they are positive they increase the chances for them to select your offer.

- Contact through the e-mail system of MarketKonekt – the contact information are valid and verified (through the procedure for registration) and the correspondence is protected (you always have access of the same through the option My messages).

How much does the services of MarketKonekt cost?

- The basic services are free-of-charge. It is enough for you to register and use the benefits of the free membership. You can publish up to 10 products for sale, to respond to questions and buying requests from the buyers and you the website when you buy for your needs and the needs of your business.

- The premium membership of MarketKonekt is charged. With it you get a priority of your products/service in front of the others – they have central positions on the web site and the buyers follow them as first result from the search of a type of product/service that they need. - MarketKonekt charges you a commission from the value of the product/service only after a successful sale of your product/service.

What type of protection you get from MarketKonekt?

- MarketKonekt protects you when you sell with delivery of the product to the home/office of the buyer while using the recommended courtier service.

- If the buyer does not accept the product at his fault (ex. is not home at an agreed term for delivery) the costs for the courtier service that you engaged will be refunded. To use this protection you should contact us and provide us documentation from the courier. The delivery costs are not refundable in other cases (ex. the product has been damaged during transport, the delivery delays, or the delivered product does not match the order of the buyer).
