Opinion becomes creative and flexible, tolerant and focused on solving problems, not only the present, but in the future.2. Building a range of features that will be helpful to us in the future. 3. Cancellation of the harmful effects of negative emotions. Positive training is a management program that will positively teach to manage everyday situations at work and in family. Objectives of the seminar are: to identify long-term benefits of positive emotions to develop capacity for perception of unnecessary conditions that are characterized by too much or too little positive emotions to learn to cultivate positive emotions in yourself and keep a positive mindset to learn to helping others to develop positive emotions and enjoy the sharing of mental and physical results of positive thinking to learn to manage negative situations in a positive way

- Company introduction:Entrepreneur experience of Sofronie and his youngest son Cosmo gained during their few-year working experience in the metallic and energetic sector in USA in 1920’s resulted in establishing a small mill for flour production in Kicevo, Macedonia. The accumulated family experience and the new business environment in 1990’s lead to renewal of the entrepreneurship tradition and investment into development of a company for projecting and consulting in productive-energetic technologies. The company spread its activities and turned into Innovate centre for legal-economical, financing and marketing outsourcing consulting and business incubator for small and medium enterprises.
