Product Description:Conflict is present in every organization, and if people resolve conflicts successfully, it results in effective operation. But if conflicts are not resolved, the working relations erode, resulting in a negative atmosphere, reduced motivation and productivity of employees. Most people have no position on how to approach the conflict. When conflict happens, we do not respond properly, but respond by beginning to behave in one of the three conflict styles: passive aggressive confrontational style confrontational style passive-aggressive confrontational style effective conflict-management can be achieved when one realizes and "see" his confrontational style is selfdestructive. The seminar will help participants to see themselves in the conflict and prevent unconscious response to selfdestruction or properly respond to conflict. The seminar will focus on the following topics: - Understanding people and their value nature of relations and the role of "healthy" conflict - the difference between conflict and confrontation non-dealing - communicating with the "nasty" people - frustrations and conflicts - unproductive behavior - reasons for conflicts between employees - management and resolution of conflicts in the organization - when to get involved: mediation and intervention by a third party - turning conflict into cooperation
