Description::Rubber sheets and foils have a very wide field of application as construction, electric power industry, shipbuilding etc.
They are often used for fabrication:
- Electrical and antistatic mats;
- Rubber curtains;
- Wipes for conveyor belts;
- Tillers foils;
- Under-sheets for machines and tables;
- Another products by request.
They can be produced:
- Of pure rubber;
- Reinforced with 1-3 layers of fabrics;
- Smoothly;
- Relief patterned.
Rubber sheets and foils are manufactured from high-grade raw materials, based on elastomers: Natural Rubber (NR), Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber(NBR),Ethilene-Propilene-DieneCopolimers(EPDM), Chloroprene Rubber ( CR).
According on the operating conditions, the rubber sheets and foils can be produced on:
- Normaly quality;
- Resisting wear;
- Resistant to acids and bases;
- Resistant to petroleum derivatives;
- Antistatic quality;
- Electrical insulation;
- For food industry.
The hardness of sheets and foils ranges from 40-80 ShA.
DIMENSIONS:
- Thickness of belts: 1-6 mm, width till 1250mm; 8-24 mm, width till 1350 mm.
- Length of belts: 10 m, or according the request.
