    Public service broadcasting in the service of citizens represents a contemporary view of the specific media model of which during the last decade, there are different opinions. The author believes that this model of radio and television and necessary and possible in contemporary society, and puts forward a series of arguments that the public service is characterized as an indispensable communication service and an important integrative force of society.
