Description::STEEL BOILERS Shucom PLAM BIOΣ

Boiler type Shucom PLAM BIOΣ are made based on many years of experience in the design and manufacture of boilers, and using experience from renowned European manufacturers.
Construction of boilers is in line with the standard JUS M.E6.110. This version is designed for boiler combustion of baled straw. Firebox and the convective part of the boiler are adjusted so that with the use of fuel achieves complete combustion, excellent heat transfer and min. losses in flue gasovima.Kotlovi power of 20-65 kW are artificial draft.
The boiler is made of high quality steel and welded to modern methods, which guarantees safety and durability. The firebox is by-pass which is the first in the combustion chamber where the heat radiation delivery over a large surface area fire-place. The second draft is between the firebox and tube bundle ogrničena vault furnaces and horizontal separator chamber, a third draft is the pipe bundle. Pored starog proizvodnog programa koji obuhvata odbojne klapne, hvatače nečistoće, kondenz lonce, usisne korpe i sl. sa 87 zaposlenih Mip danas lije i proizvodi ravno zaporne ventile, nepovratne ventile, leptir ventile, ventile sigurnosti sa tegom i oprugom, dvodelne loptaste slavine, prirubnice i ostalu prirubničku armaturu za podstanice. Preduzeće Expont preko svoje veleprodaje snabdeva trgovine, više od 700 izvođačkih firmi, od toplotne podstanice, primara i sekundara, preko cevnog razvoda pa sve do kućnih instalacija grejanja i vodovoda. Roba se isporučuje uz validan atest i garanciju, u šta su se uverile JKP Beogradske, Novosadske i ostale toplane, TE Kolubara, Kostolac i Obrenovac.
