Description::TKU3 pellet
Three-pass boiler for combustion of wood pellets 20-50 KW
The characteristics
Boiler as fuel is used primarily in the form of wood pellets.
The boiler is fully adapted for combustion of pellets and fully meets the instructions of the European Union as defined in EN 303-5 and ISO 9001 standard of quality control.
Upon the request of the norm boiler is made of steel plate with thickness of 5 mm except for parts less exposed to thermal expansion joints that are 4 mm thick.
Their internal structure TKU3 PELLET has three horizontal airflow. Task draft (partition) is to slow down the flue gas to the stack so that more heat is transferred to the heating system.
Burning pellets is fully automated with the help of the integrated burner "TERMEC" mounted on the front of the boiler. Pellet burner has two transmission mechanisms ("snail") - from the tank to the burner and the burner to the boiler, which guarantees âMaximum safety at work.

The boiler is integrated with a tank capacity of 200 kg of a pellet which is freely movable relative to the boiler.
Integral parts of the boiler are safety thermostat protection from hypothermia, thermometer, mobile ashtray and cleaning kit. The upper door of the boiler have a visor resistant glass with an opening for the secondary air. If the buyer wants to return to the combustion of solid fuel burner is easily removed from the lower door.
The warranty on the burner is 2 years, while the warranty on the boiler 5 years in the case of installation according to the instructions,

Preduzeće Expont preko svoje veleprodaje snabdeva trgovine, više od 700 izvođačkih firmi, od toplotne podstanice, primara i sekundara, preko cevnog razvoda pa sve do kućnih instalacija grejanja i vodovoda. Roba se isporučuje uz validan atest i garanciju, u šta su se uverile JKP Beogradske, Novosadske i ostale toplane, TE Kolubara, Kostolac i Obrenovac.
