The system of " Elite " uses high-speed linear motors as the modularity of the system allows the end-user supply systems of size 1500 x 3000 to 1500 x 10,000. Using CBL proven laser technology there is no need for moving the laser source or sheet metal , and this in turn allows high-speed , high cutting accuracy and high throughput products on a system for cutting .
BAYKAL dvodimenzinalne laser system produces contour shapes of the plate material by moving a focused beam of infrared light along a programmed route. Distribution system over "flying optics " laser beam moving from a fixed resonator laser beams into the lens to focus , moving beyond static workpiece . Material is removed when the laser lens concentrate on a small area ( point ) of material being cut . Also , different gases are emitted through the nozzle for cutting. Their role is to control the cutting process .
