Description::One of the strongest immune stimulators, and the source of the energy is a Japanese tea mushroom - Kombucha symbiosis that makes two types of organism: fungi (yeasts) and acetic acid bacteria. Yeasts produce sugar from alcohol, a bacteria that alcohol is used as a source of energy and convert it into acetic acid. In addition yeasts sucrose converted to glucose and fructose, thus allowing the bacteria to STVR gluconic and glucuronic acid which is secreted by a healthy liver, and can be found in nature only in KOMBUHA.
