Description::Cabernet Sauvignon folder - is the result of professional selection of vines in the vineyards of Baron Philip de Rothschild in the Maipo Valley in Chile. These vineyards are located in the Central Valley south of Santiago, which is characterized by an ideal climate for growing grapes.
The map created by mixing equal amounts of the two types of grapes which exoticism associated with rotsild style. Carmenere, wine characteristic of Chile, provides quality tannin and he produces a distinct flavor of red fruits. Cabernet Sauvignon, known variety from Bordeaux, the wine gives the complexity and volume.
These wines in barrels hold a relatively short period of time (up to five or six months), and then bottled to their freshness and taste of fruit in them remained intact.
The wine is velvety dark red color, and its smell can feel the notes of red fruit flavors mixed with liquorice and spice and tannin gives him a somewhat bitter taste of blackberries. This wine will be remembered for its rich taste and fruity freshness.
