Description::Double swing gates consist two wings, posts, hinges and other accessories required for the operation of the gate.
Frame of the double swing gate is made up of a tube of rectangular cross-section 60/40/2 mm welded to the LEGI panel. LEGI panel is constructed of vertical wires Ø 6mm and reinforced with double horizontal wires Ø 8 mm.Cross-section of post (lowest 100x100x3mm) are changed depending on the size of the gate. Standard heights of wings are from 1000 to 2400 mm at a distance of 200mm, a width of wing are from 2000 to 6000 mm at a distance of 500 mm per wing of gates.
It is possible to combine the LEGI system Vario S gates with different LEGI panels. On order we can manufacture different sizes. At three-wing gates is possibility to combine different width of wings.
This construction is stable due to the strong connections of LEGI posts with Vario S gates and a specially patented LEGI cylinder locks.
The gate is normally opened on the inside, but according to your wishes it can be opened to the outside. Direction of opening the gate, to the left or to the right, are determines the position of the screws on the LEGI posts, which is attached to the gate. For the direction of opening the gates you can decide during the installation. Already mounted wings can be redesigned to be opened to the left or to the right. The design of the bottom catch developed for LEGI Vario significiantly contributes to accident prevention, because it is integrated into theVARIO gate frame and is blocked and inaccessible when the gate is closed.
Characteristics of LEGI VARIO S gates:
- Accident prevention – no protruding parts
- Unlimited possibilities for use
- Adjustable at any time, for example with lockable bottom catches, with deflectors, etc.
- Convenient storage – LEGI VARIO is series-manufactured and is therefore always available
- Clear design, smooth lines, flush-fitting fronts
- Special designs can be accommodated (e.g. beam infill, jagged edges)
Like on the other LEGI models of the gates is possible to install motorization.
All used steel parts are hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN ISO 1461 European standard, and optionally coloured by environmentally friendly powder coating, which makes elements resistant to UV radiation and prevents the colour from peeling and fading.
Our standard colours are listed below, however, by order we supply elements in all RAL colours:
- RAL 6005 - forest green
- RAL 7016 - anthracite grey
- RAL 6009 - dark green
- RAL 7023 - concrete grey
- RAL 9010 - pure white
- RAL 9005 - black
- RAL 8017 - chocolate brown
- RAL 5010 - blue
