Description::ARCUS inform all clients and trainers who use ARCUS PROGRAM Weight Loss and formatting to handle FIT STEP MACHINE license to coach and work program annually renewed and that is unauthorized and incompetent use of the program and the machine is strictly prohibited. Coaches who operate without a license and without equipment serviced or who do not work regularly required maintenance shall be personally responsible for injury or any consequences resulting from the improper work with clients. All those who do not respect the ARCUS standards will be publicly named to avoid any connection and ARCUS responsibility for the possible consequences caused by the client. If you are a client and use our services and have any comments, suggestions, or complaints about the coach or machine or you noticed some irregularities in the work, please contact us and name your trainer to ARCUS take appropriate action and protect your interests.
