Description:HR4 controller is our newest development from the series regulators HR. It is a 4-channel temperature controller for hot runner moulds, featuring a more compact housing, improved user interface and added functionality. The front panel has buttons for each channel for direct change of assignment. Added is also measurement of the currents of the individual zones and an indication of a blown fuse.
As with other controllers from the series HR, the controller HR4 has power outputs up to 16A, compensation cables for temperature sensors and power cables for heaters of the mould.
The ability to automatically transfer the management of one zone to another on failure of the temperature sensor or manually set its output in the absence of a temperature sensor.
There are many protections when running the heating or exceeding certain temperatures. Temporary increase (boost) or decrease (standby) temperatures of all channels is performed by pressing a single button.
External digital input and output can be used to connect management with a syringe.
Built-in device diagnostic tools save time and money for the detection and repair of the matrix - interrupted or shorted heater, damaged or disconnected thermocouple, and others.
