To develop skills to creatively work with subordinates and to build a dynamic model of a positive attitude towards customers adequately respond to emerging disputes and conflicts by turning them into a conversation with a positive impression.
To improve skills for proper planning and allocation of work, improving the organizational abilities and motvatsionnite, improving leadership style.
New and principal difference from traditional teaching in our program is learning through activity: formulating konfliktologichniya and management problem analysis and forecasting of possible conflict and resolution or prevention. The course ends with expertise in preventing and resolving conflicts in the government, rather than an end in itself learning knowledge.
