In November 2006. Trayal Corporation was privatized by public tender. New, major shareholder is Bulgarian company BRIKEL EAD from Galabovo. It is one of the biggest Bulgarian companies, which exists 45 years. It is company for production of electricity with annual turnover of € 120 mil.
