Description:Established in Geneva on September 30, 1957 (in a single copy in the English and French language itself Agreement, and French for applications) and ratified (by signature from 5 countries) on July 29, 1968 The European Agreement concerning the Carriage of dangerous goods by road - ADR shall apply to any international carriage of dangerous goods, with the exception of road vehicles belonging to the armed forces of the Parties or of these vehicles falling under the control of those forces. Agreement refers to any dangerous goods carried out by their own or someone else's vehicle (even for vehicles of a country that has not joined ADR) provided that transportation be carried out on the territory of at least two Contracting Parties .
