Description:The covered automated warehouse "Kasto Unicompact 3.0", implemented in the Metal-М-Sofia OOD building is the first and only one of its kind in Eastern Europe. The facility services 1512 cassettes for material with capacity of 3 tons and length up to 6 500 mm or a total of 4 536 tons, with speed less than forty seconds per manipulation or two minutes in the event of dual-cycle operations. The warehouse system is managed by independent warehouse software optimizing its activities. The compact vertical stacking of large quantity of material provides fast and flexible orders execution. The stations are outfitted with a magnetic crane for material commissioning and arrangement and packaging block.
