Description:Analysts milk Ekomilk are designed for fast and cheap analysis of the percentage of fat, non-fat solids (UBC) percentage hydration, density, protein, lactose, including krioskopsko, PH and temperature, conductivity and titratable acidity in fresh and pasteurized cow, sheep, buffalo, goats and others. milk for 40 seconds. In this model are integrated micro-printer system for data collection (internal memory to store up to 120 measurements). Based on ultrasound technology, the tool does not require expensive chemicals, soda or reagents for testing.
