Description:Semi-Automatic equipment for simultaneous soldering the pins of SMD sockets or flat ribbon cables between two PCBs. The advantage in working with thermo-sensitive components is in using a thermode-heating element for soldering. The temperature and the pressure are precisely regulated depending on the selected profile.
The pins are pressed by a pneumatic cylinder and are being heated simultaneously. The output of the equipment allows for more than 50 pins to be soldered for 5 seconds.
