Del Alma palm oil is semi-fluid vegetable oil /double fraction of palm oil/, which is not oxidizing, not burning at high temperature and is ideal for frying. Del Alma palm oil don't leave smell and taste, because is not absorbed from the products. Del Alma palm oil is can be characterized with high level of antioxidants, as vitamin E, which is one of the basic components in nourishing food.
