Description:Power transformers whose windings are immersed in transformer oil, which cools and insulates them. The oil is refined mineral oil that remains stable at transformer operating temperature. Cauldron in which the windings and oil has radiators through which the oil circulates. Circulation could be helped by natural or pump. Transformers offer the following types of cooling:
ONAN (oil natural, air natural) without coercive power without blowing the oil heat exchanger (radiator)
ONAF (oil natural, air forced) without coercive power of the oil and the blowing of heat exchangers (radiators)
OFAF (oil forced, air forced) to forcibly drive the oil and blowing heat exchanger (radiator)
