Description:The stair may be constructed of finger-joint panels /the wood pieces are connected both in width and length/ or continuous lamellas panels /the wood pieces are connected in width only/. There is no technical difference between the two models – the difference is in the appearance.
The standard thicknesses of the stairs are 40 and 20 mm. Other thicknesses are possible by request. There is also a solution to imitate bigger thickness than the real one by adding a piece of wood just in the front of the stair.
Foresttrade offers the oak stairs in 3 qualities:
Quality “A” - knots and sapwood are not allowed, small “eyes” up to 5 mm are acceptable;
Quality “B” – sound small knots are acceptable; sapwood is not allowed;
Quality “C” – filled knots are acceptable; sapwood up to 10% of the surface is tolerated;
Technical parameters of the stairs in all the three qualities are the same.

- Company introduction:Forest Trade is a Bulgarian company established in January 2003. The main activity of the company is kiln-drying of oak timber and production of oak products. The building of the plant was carried out in stages during 2004 – 2007 г. In June 2004 was completed the first phase of construction of production base of the company – kiln drying facilities with capacity of 310 cubic meters, covered warehouse – 1000 square meters and a wood-processing department equipped with basic woodworking machines – 500 sq.m. On 1 September 2005 was put into operation a new plant, equipped with technological lines for production of edge glued panels and beams (finger-joint or continuous lamellas), flooring and paneling. Covered area – 1300 sq.m. In 2007, increased machine park in order to increase capacity for production of flooring and furniture, built a shelter for pre-drying cycle.
