Description:Blackout is a non-transparent textile with a darkening effect. It is usually used as a padding to provide maximum darkness in the room. It can also be used on its own for curtains or blinds and, if needed, as darkening layer behind curtains or sheers. If the darkening material is integrated in the structure of a curtain, it is of a blackout type. Such curtains can be used like any other, offering additional protection against sun light (warmth).
