These insurances cover the financial risk of the seller (supplier), a creditor bank or one issuing the bank guarantee, lessor, against non-payment of outstanding contributions under contracts they have concluded with the respective clients - individuals and legal entities. The insurer may provide insurance coverage both for individual contracts and for an indefinite number of contracts which the insured has entered into with its customers during the insurance period.
