Description:Only Sofia Commodity Exchange has offered Bulgaria the chance to trade grain futures. Enshrines 7 standard contracts that are traded every Wednesday and Thursday at 14.00 and every Friday at 10.00 am. Seller shall deliver, sell and barley quality parameters as per items 2.1., 2.2. and 2.3. of this contract, the buyer is obliged to pay the base price ex-warehouse seller or buyer. The quality of barley grains to be healthy, normally developed, with inherent smell and taste of fresh barley without the smell of mold or other unusual brewed barley smell and taste.
