• Company introduction:• ADING AD is stock company for production and sale of admixtures and other chemical materials for construction industry. • The company was established at 30. May.1969. • By passing a public capital law and transformation law of enterprises with public capital, has begun company’ transformation and it has been wholly completed and registered in court register during 1996. • The company is organized as stock company with nominal capital of 3.857.636 €. The nominal capital comprises totally 386.400 ordinary shares with nominal value of one share of 9,983 €. • Ading s’ shares are traded at the unofficial market of publicly possessed companies of Macedonian stock exchange of long term securities. The first trading with shares of ADING AD is registered at 27.December.1997. • The production is carried out at capacities with head office of the company in Skopje, and part is organized in R.Bulgaria and Kazakhstan. Besides production within ADING are other expert departments: application, sale and engineering, detailed products quality control and development of new products. The technical and professional assistance is performed not only in companies’ offices, but in field upon business partners demand.
