Description::Although visually light, LEGI FLOR structures are very stable.
The base of LEGI- FLOR structure has a triangular shape with rounded corners. All wires have a diameter of 8 mm and they are spot-welded to the rings, which are deployed on every 200 mm around the structure.
The construction wire is doubled in length and therefore reinforced. Carrier profile is made in length intervals of 200 mm, up to 6000 mm.
Structure of the carrier can be used independently as decorative element for facades, or as a bridge connecting two LEGI FLOR profiles. Appropriate carrier lengths with welded wires-ends are also possible.
Connecting elements
Many years of experience in the production of these structures has led to the creation of various types of connecting elements that have proven their stability and safety. Also, there is a possibility for a tailor-made design.
Colour stability and corrosion protection
All used steel parts are hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN ISO 1461 European standard, and optionally coloured by environmentally friendly powder coating, which makes elements resistant to UV radiation and prevents the colour from peeling and fading.
Our standard colours are listed below however, by order we supply elements in all RAL colours:
- RAL 6005 - Forest green
- RAL 7016 - Anthracite Grey
- RAL 6009 - Dark green
- RAL 7023 - Concrete gray
- RAL 9010 - Pure white
- RAL 9005 - Black
- RAL 8017 - Chocolate Brown
- RAL 5010 - Blue
