Description:Magnetic stripe readers POL-2 and POL-2KP are the new generation of the popular series Polaris. Loaded with new features, Polaris-2 series provides the right mix of quality and reliability. Press the "star" of the POL-2KP is a dry contact with nominal value of 50 mA. It can be connected to the alarm panel and the entrance door to call the intercom, for example. Polaris-2 provides 4 different output modes configurable, so you can install the readers on existing systems. Different output modes are obtained by connecting the appropriate cables during installation to the reader. You can change modes by simply turning off the power of the reader and connect it to the new regime.
